Extensive forests are a characteristic of the Belgian Ardennes region. The solidly built passive house echoes this material within its facade, creating a strong connection with it’s natural landscape, merging both the interiors and outdoors. The minimalist concept is displayed by the kitchen, dining room and living area which are only divided by free standing partitions, offering a sense of space and unbroken views. The LEICHT kitchen also mimics the same design concept and is a true reflection of the architectural elements of the home, straight lines, functionality and minimalism. Handle-less tall units with integrated electrical appliances hidden behind glossy lacquered fronts for a closed wall which separates the kitchen and dining areas, both uniting and differentiating spaces without any obstruction.
